I'm Still Waiting for My Refund!

It is so frustrating when I cannot get my money yet. I checked the status yesterday and found out that I could not open a case yet not until January 28th for the jeans and for the jacket on next month. This eBay seller is really pissing me off. This transaction was done in December 10th and no still not close. Too irresponsible! 

I checked her feedback before placing my bids and see no negative feedback so I placed my bids. If she wants to make more money, she should have the "buy it now" price as it is the fix price. She just really need to use her common sense and be a good business person.

I can feel you because we are waiting for refund from SmartBro since July last year. No action until now and it's so frustrating. Hope you could get your money back soon.

i also have a bad experience with one of the ebay sellers, so after that incident i do not shop again there

Sorry to hear about your troubles at ebay :( Sometimes there are those sellers who really are just bad :/ I hope you get your refund!

I also shop at eBay and I am an eBay seller too. It is really frustrating when a seller is not attending to their costumers. On may part, I got a few unpaid transactions. So report silang lahat. :)

Some people are really irresponsible. Just don't stressed yourself with the issue. I'm sure that everything will be fine.

That is so sad. I frequently buy at ebay but something like that hasn't happened to me yet. Hope you get your refund soon.

i have bad experience with one of the ebay sellers...i wasn't refunded and the seller just lost in thin air:( hope you'll get your refund

Hope you already got your refund. That's one of the many consequences in dealing with online transactions. Sadly, consumer protection is taken for granted in some sites
