Know Your Apple 9L0-403 Certification Exam in Any Language

Apple 9L0- 403 Certification Exam is better known as the Mac OS X support essentials 10.6 certificate. Only centres authorized by the Apple Corporation can issue these certificates to candidates who achieve the requisite grades in the authorized exam. Of course it is a computer based test. It entitles the technician cum student to the title ‘ACSP 10.6 professional’. It is a qualification to build upon the Mac OS X server essential tests.

The Apple 9L0-353 Certification exam aims to test the following; knowledge of the Mac operating systems installation and configuration routines, setting up and managing user accounts, automation and command line use, file protocols, data management and integrity, ‘Boot camp’ and the applications, configuring networks and network services, printer management and other peripheral devices, and of course the start-up procedure.

The price the student pays for gaining this certificate varies between $60 and $200 US. Exchange rates between the student’s home nation and America are the key factor here. In all the test consists of some 86 scenarios with multiple choice answers. There are no ‘what if...then’ type questions. Apple certificates at any of the authorized centres can be sat in the candidate’s mother tongue. Where this is not catered for in the programs, then US English is the default and an extra 30 minutes can be allowed for speakers of other languages, as long as it is arranged well in advance of the examination day itself.

So happy they don't make me take a test to use my iPad. I would flunk for sure. When it comes to computers of any kind. I am a lost ball in high weeds.

I suppose if you are serious about learning Apple products and perhaps make some money helping others this would be a great certificate to have. I don't own Apple at the moment anyway.

Yeah I am not sure that I could pass any test like this. What exactly is the test for?

I'm not sure what this exam is, but it's great to know that I can take it in any language :)

This is like a foreign language to me. I am bad at tests, anyway though.

Is this for people wanting to work as an Apple Tech? I've never used a Mac and would surely fail.

I only have apple products but have no interest in being certified. Sounds like something that anyone wanting to work for apple would be interested in though but also seems pretty expensive.

Not sure about taking a test to use the computer. I guess if it is your job or future job it's a good idea.

I didn't know that you could get certified to use Apple systems. I'm sure that having this type of certification would look good on any survey, especially for those looking for gainful employment in the technology and communications industries.
